All items sold by Intec-Services carry at 12 month warranty. Our returns, refunds and exchanges policy ensures each of our clients are 100% satisfied with their products, however, we understand that occasionally items may need to be returned for various reasons such as an item being purchased in error, a duplicate purchase or a faulty item. This policy outlines our returns, refunds and exchanges procedure.
How To Return An Item
In order for your item to be returned, it must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Include in your returned package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items that have been used or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund, return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be automatically deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original postage and packaging fee that you paid on the order.
If your returned item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent free of charge. Postage and Packaging costs will be paid by Intec Services.
